The year 2012-2013 marked the beginning of the 40th year anniversary of the Verdehr Trio. Beginning in the summer of 2012 and continuing through 2015, the Trio adopted a new form of programming. The concerts were specifically designed to showcase the repertoire of the violin-clarinet-piano trio repertoire created by the Verdehr Trio by largely presenting selected movements rather than complete pieces. This made it possible to perform more diverse works to show the and contrast of the repertoire.
